Thank you for choosing our DIY knitted products. We are committed to providing customers with high-quality products and satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read the following refund and return policy.

  1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for items that meet the following conditions:

Application must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product;
The goods have not been used, cleaned or damaged;
The merchandise remains in its original condition and intactly packaged;
The product includes all accessories, instructions and gifts (if applicable);
Provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refund requests for items that do not meet the above conditions.

  1. Non-returnable items

The following items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds:

Goods that have been used, damaged or tampered with;
Customized or personalized goods;
Digital products, electronic tutorials, PDF drawings and downloadable content;
Goods damaged due to customer errors;
Items that have exceeded the return application period.

If local laws provide otherwise, applicable laws will apply.

  1. Received wrong or damaged goods

If you receive the following items:

Goods are damaged during transportation;
Received the wrong item;
The goods have obvious manufacturing defects;
The product is missing important accessories or materials;

Please contact our customer service team within 7 days after receiving the goods and provide:

Product photos;
Photos of packaging (if applicable);
Problem statement.

After review and confirmation, we will provide:

Free reissue of goods;
Replace goods;
Full refund;
Partial refund.

Approved refunds typically include:

The product is out of stock and cannot be shipped;
The wrong product was sent and cannot be replaced;
Serious quality problems;
Orders that are reviewed and eligible for a full refund.
Partial refund

Applies to:

The product has minor flaws but does not affect its use;
The customer agrees to retain the goods;
Other situations where both parties reach consensus.

  1. Return shipping charges
    We bear the shipping costs
    Wrong product sent;
    The product has quality problems;
    The item was damaged during shipping.
    Customers bear shipping costs
    Change in purchase intention;
    Purchase error;
    Don’t like the product;
    Returns for other non-quality issues.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable.

  1. Refund processing time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the outcome of your refund review.

After refund approval:

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 working days to arrive;
The specific arrival time depends on your payment institution.

If your order has not been shipped, you can contact us to request a cancellation and receive a full refund.

Cancel after shipment

Once the order is shipped, it will be treated as a return and the relevant provisions of this refund policy will apply.

  1. Delivery instructions within the United States

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Refunds, exchanges and returns are also available only for orders shipped within the United States. For additional costs caused by incorrect address filling, undeliverability or customer rejection, the relevant costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
