    Domestic orders: Shipping will be arranged within 1-3 working days – estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days
  5. Delivery confirmation
    Once your order ships, we will email a confirmation with tracking number and shipping company information. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order in real time on the logistics company’s website.
  6. Damage and loss
    We are responsible for ensuring the safety of merchandise during transportation. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, or if you do not receive it within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you with your damage claim or reship the item.
